BOARD – meets 4 times per year and is responsible for the fiscal and legal oversight of the organization. It ensures that the Centre behaves in a fiscally and legally responsible manner and includes such matters as overseeing investments, capital budgeting, property management and compliance with various laws applying to the organization.
